Shipping, Returns & Guarantee Policy
We want to do whatever it takes to ensure you have a good time with us! If you ever have an issue with your order, email us at email@example.com and we'll help you out.
- FREE shipping on orders over $60 applies to orders shipping within Australia. All orders outside Australia will be charged according to their selected location which will be calculated at checkout. You will have the option to select tracked shipping at checkout if you require your order faster. (see following section titled 'FREE Shipping Policy' below for more information on Australian orders)
- For Australian orders that do not meet the $60 threshold, a flat rate $7.95 shipping cost will be added to your purchase at checkout
- For delivery addresses, we ask that you provide your residential address rather than PO BOXES.
- Orders placed online will be sent to our distribution team for fulfilment before midnight each day. Your order (placed before midnight AEST) will be shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse within 2 business days and have local courier services or Australia Post deliver your order depending on the size or weight of your purchase and the delivery address you've provided. We do not have control over the delivery process after it has been sent to you. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires express postage, we do apologise in advance, but we cannot control the process of it being delivered to your required address on time.
- All orders placed online will be shipped Monday through to Friday with the exception of Australian public holidays

Free Shipping Policy
At Seagull Milk we offer FREE shipping on orders over $60 within Australia.
- Free shipping offer is only available to Australian customers
- Free shipping offer is not included for PO boxes, Australia Post Express or Parcel Lockers.
- Postage costs do not count towards the $60 for free shipping threshold.
'7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee':
- Our '7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee' is made to allow you to trial our products for a seven day period to see if they are the right fit for you and your sun-care and healthcare needs. The timeframe of this offer starts upon delivery to your house. Our delivery system will track your order, and notify us that your order has arrived. You will then have 7 days to use our products, see if you like them, and choose whether they are the right fit for you.
- If you decide our products aren't the right fit for you, you will be required to fill our a short survey to give us feedback, allowing us to rectify the issue and see what we can do to better make our products a suitable option for you. Failure to fill out this feedback form WON'T affect the refund or replacement process in any way.
- If the product HASN'T been used/opened and you wish to send it back to us within the 7 day period, you will be eligible for either (1) a refund or (2) a replacement
- If the product HAS been used/opened and you wish to send it back to us within the 7 day period, you will only be eligible for a (1) replacement or (2) store credit
- We WILL NOT accept any refunds or replacements after 7 days of delivery to your chosen address, which will be recorded through our backend systems for evidence, unless it is for a valid reason.
- If any evidence that the product has been altered from it's natural state, or experimented with, we WILL NOT refund or replace your order. Please ensure it comes back in its natural form as it was first given to you. If opened, do not seal it back up, simply send it back as it is.

We hope you love our products just as much as we do, but we do realise they aren't the perfect fit for everyone. If you're outside the '7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee' timeframe and have any problems, please read the following paragraph.
For health and safety reasons we legally cannot reuse or resell products sent out to our customers. Depending on the issue and circumstances, we will judge whether it is a valid reason to replace or refund your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, contact details including name and email used to process order, and reason for your request.
